Join David Gutierrez as he presents on AI. In this presentation, we will explore the ways in which AI is revolutionizing the field of HR and how HR professionals can leverage AI to benefit their businesses. We will delve into how AI is reshaping HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. Additionally, we will discuss the significance of HR professionals incorporating AI as a strategic tool to enhance their work and contribute to the success of their organizations.
David currently serves as the HR Director for Town Pump, where he has been employed for 9 years and has held his current position for the last 3 years. Prior to his role as HR Director, David worked as in-house counsel, specializing in employment and business law. David graduated with a JD from the University of Utah in 2015 and later relocated to Butte to join the Town Pump team. In 2023, he obtained his SHRM-CP certification. During his free time, David enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors in Montana with his wife Brianie, their two dogs, and, if he can find them, their two kids.
