In the coming decades, demographic and technology trends will transform the HR profession. In this webcast, Anna Tavis, Ph.D., executive editor of People & Strategy Journal and a member of the HRPS board of directors, will discuss this new model -- "social HR" -- which combines social media technology with key HR functions including talent acquisition, skills development and people management. She will outline how this new approach will play out in five key areas: organizational structure; recruitment; performance management; training and skills acquisition; and developing organizational leaders. The program will also discuss how today's HR leaders can act as change agents to prepare their organizations for these new management challenges.
